Continued Professional Development (CPD)

Peninsula Teaching School’s CPD offering for 2018-19 provides a range of opportunities to develop varying cohorts of staff with aspects of teaching and learning and leadership skills.  The courses and training on offer ensure that NQTs, RQTs, middle/senior leaders as well as aspiring leaders have an opportunity to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding.  Similarly, due to the success of this year’s Exceptional Leadership course, we are again using inspirational and renowned speakers, bringing the national agenda of education to Cornwall.

We are also developing collaborative CPLD opportunities with Teaching Schools across Cornwall to forge links with Kingsbridge Research School and the EEF.
